How do I access and use the ClockHorizon sand timer?
Open the free ClockHorizon Sand Timer in your browser, choose a duration, and press Start. You do not need to create an account to begin a countdown.
What time duration presets are available?
Choose a quick duration of 1, 5, 10, 15, 25, or 30 minutes. Session presets include Focus for 25 minutes, Short Break for 5 minutes, and Long Break for 15 minutes.
Can I customize the appearance of the timer?
Yes. Choose from Violet, Ocean, Golden, Forest, or Rose color patterns. Ocean is selected by default.
What controls are available during a countdown session?
You can start, pause, resume, and reset the countdown. Fullscreen mode provides a more focused view of the animated hourglass.
Can the sand timer help keep my screen awake?
The keep-screen-on option uses the browser wake lock when supported. You can also turn completion sound alerts on or off.
